What a great team effort last night! Everyone hustled, looked for opportunities for steals and scoring, and passed the ball to the open girl. Sure makes the game fun!
Scorers: Morgan G 21, Courtney and Morgan M 12, Kasey 10, Sarah, Abby and Lauren 2, and Ruby 1.
Rebounds: Morgan M 7, Courtney 5, Carly, Sarah, and Kasey 2, Morgan G, Abby, and Lauren 1.
Steals: Morgan M and Ruby 3, Morgan G 2,and Carly, Courtney, Kasey, and Kaitlin 1.
Blocked shots: Lauren 2, and Ruby, Morgan M, and Morgan G 1.
I should reference these stats with a reminder that it was a very fast-paced game, so it was hard to record every stat (rebound, steal, etc.). I'm sure all the girls had more blocked shots, rebounds and steals, etc. Just remember they played hard and I'm very proud of them. And I'd like to thank our two managers (Melanie and Clarisa)for all their help, too.
